Travel permit report
A travel permit report is now available to allow the extract of all travel permit in a branch or on a specific organization.
Waiting list report
A new waiting list report is now available in the platform. The report allows you to extract the list of persons that are on a waiting for a specific registration package or a clinic.
Updates and Improvements
Travel permit fee and document management
Two updates were added to the travel permit module.
You can now add and manage the fee related to a travel permit. Click on Settings, Organizations and then on travel permits to open the travel permit management page. In that page you can now set the default fee for travel permit. As a branch creating a travel permit , you will be able to override that fee on a specific travel permit. As a bench staff or an MHA , then you will only have the fee in read only.
We are also adding document type management to the travel permit module. You will now be able to create one or multiple document type that can be attached to a travel permit request and those documents will be asked during the creation of the travel permit. Click on Settings, Organizations and then on Documents.
You will be be able to set the documents you require during the process. Those documents will be asked while you create a travel permit.
By default, no document types are set.
Import count rules
We have revised the import count rules to remove released player from the count.
Overage and underage count rules
We have revised the count on overage and underage players. Now the affiliated players that are overage or underage will not count in the overage or underage count.
