Access to support tickets from child organization

The branch admin now can see the support tickets from all the sub-organization. By default, the system will show you only your tickets, but there is now a check box to see tickets from child organizations.

If you want to add that permission to other users, you can add an additional role to the user. The role is called Access to all sub-organization tickets.

 

Updates and Improvements

Maltreatment complaint updates

We have updated the process when linking a complaint to a team or multiple players to make it easier.

Display the primary team

When adding a player on a team and that player is already on another primary team, we have improved the display to show the name of the team the player is on. This will be easier to validate and decide if you switch the primary team field.

Display of Ineligible

As you add a new member and you search in the HCR database, we have improved the display to show that there is a potential match that is ineligible.
