Organization selection tree

We have reworked the tool to select multiple organizations in the report module. In the past, you could not select all the child organizations in batches. You can now do so just by clicking on the check box. The system will automatically select all and deselect all the sub-organizations. This is automatically applied to all the reports.

Here are the changes that were applied to this report:

Rostered participant report update

In the rostered participant report, the time zone for a team player’s release and registration dates was not displayed in the proper time zone. This is now fixed in the new release.

Release player in suspension

We have updated the suspension module to include the released players in the drop-down list. They were not part of the players that could be selected before.

Approving a transfer in an inactive organization

There was an issue with approving a player when an organization was inactive. This will now be possible.

Released affiliation

We are now launching an update for releasing affiliation. Starting this version, releasing an affiliated player will be available only based on permission. The permission will be given only to the branch admin.

Releasing a player will now revert the roster status

We are changing the rule when we are releasing a player. In the past, this action was not changing the status of the roster back to draft. This will now be the case. As you release a player, the status will revert to draft.

Adding a timestamp to the release date

We are adding a timestamp on the release date in the roster. Note that as we do that, the release date of all the previous releases will be set as midnight as we were not capturing the actual date. Starting now, we will have the exact date and time based on your time zone.
