League Tab

This module allows organizations to create areas within their organizational tree where teams from multiple EHOs can be registered in the same league.

The league will then be associated with a third-party electronic game sheet system.

This functionality works at all levels (province/region/district).

Here is the procedure to follow to create a zone:

• In the League tab, click on Add

Open

• Select the parent organization (required)

• Enter the name of your league (required)

• Enter the usual name

• Enter the abbreviation of your league name (required)

• Enter your area address (required)

• Click on Next

Open

• Select all the organizations that should be added to your league

• Select the divisions

• Click on Next

The last step is optional and will allow you to assign a registrar to manage this league.

At the end of the process, the new structure will be created and in the right side panel, you will be able to see the organizations that are in your league.

Since the league is created by a parent organization, when you log in at the league level, you will be able to see the MHA that ara in your structure in read-only mode. Any changes must be made by the parent organization.

You will be able to rotate your structures from season to season, so you don't have to redo this work every season.
