Settings - Users

From the Users menu, you can search for members with an HCR account.

Enter their First and Last Name or Email and click Search.

Once your search results are displayed, you can use the search box to find the member you are looking for, or you can click on the directional arrows to sort by that column.

To unlock or reactivate a member’s account, click on the line so the side panel opens, then click on the button to unlock or reactivate.
