Travel Permits

 

Travel permit parameters are defined at the region or branch level.

To access the travel permit settings, go to the Settings menu, select Organization and click on Travel Permit.

In the settings section you will be able to change 3 options for travel permits.

  • Enable Teams Travel Permit Module : By default, the module is enabled. This allows your sub-organizations to be able to complete travel permit applications for their teams.

  • Display Travel Permits in MyAccount: When this option is enabled, all team staff members added to a team book can submit and print a travel permit from My Account.

  • OrganizationTravel permit fee: You have the option to add a registration fee to a travel permit application by entering an amount in the Travel permit fee field. Team officials cannot change or remove these fees when submitting their application.

If you wish to apply a fee for a travel permit application, please note that no invoice will be generated by the system and it will not be possible for team officials to make an online payment at the time of application.

The management of travel permits is done by the HCR user via the Tasks menu under the Travel permit section. The system displays all travel permits available for the organization and its sub-organizations. The user also has the option to create new travel permits directly from this section.
