Duplicate an existing clinic to a new season

You can now duplicate a clinic from one season to another using the same process as the current duplicate feature. Select the clinic, click on Action, and then choose Duplicate.

The clinic will be duplicated, allowing you to select the desired season.

Qualifications tab in the member profile

An update has been made to the qualifications tab in the member profile to add new features and information that will help registrars answer questions related to the clinic.

The section is now divided into two sections: Clinics and Qualifications.

Clinics: This tab displays clinic registrations made by members whose clinic has not yet been completed. The following information will be displayed in the clinic list.

• Registration information

• Link to course

The following information will be displayed in the side panel:

• Transaction information

• Email address used by the member for registration

• Information about the provider will be displayed for a clinic with an external provider.

• By clicking on the Action button or the icon to the right of the provider's name, you can return the clinic information email, including a link to the external provider, if applicable.

There have been no changes to the side panel of the Qualifications tab, but it does display new information.

• Invoice information

• Information on the account that registered for this clinic

• Information about the clinic, including the link to access it directly

• In the case of an external provider, the system displays the provider's name and an action button to send the link to the content by email.

This update mirrors what members see in their My Account section. By adding external provider information and the action button, we aim to simplify the process of resending information to members. This enhancement supports users by providing the same visibility, ensuring consistency with what the transaction creator observes.

Clinic list - Side Panel

The side panel of the clinic list will now allow a search in the clinic attendee tab. It will allow quick access to the player profile and the clinic attendee record inside the clinic.

Clinic list columns

In the clinic list, the name of the Qualifications column has been changed to the Clinic name.

Add a warning on deleting the qualification

When attempting to delete a qualification, a message will inform the user that deleting the qualification won't update the clinic attendee record. To delete the qualification and reset the presence to No, the user must return to the Clinic module and manually change the attendee's status.

Change in the display for the team roster

A small change has been made to the team roster section. The image in each section has replaced a + Add player and + Add staff button.

When you select a player, the system will now display the chosen player in the Selected Members section.

Confirm a member by shared organization

It is now possible for a shared organization to confirm a member.
