New Features

Insurance

Three new features have been introduced in this version of the insurance module:

  • Exporting Cheques by Payee: Users can now generate a report within the platform detailing all the cheques printed for a specific payee. There are two ways to access this feature. Firstly, from the Payee list, a new button enables the export of a cheque report. This initiates the download of an Excel file containing all the cheques created for the selected payee

 

Additionally, users can now perform this action from the Cheque issued for insurance claim report. A newly added Payee filter enables the selection of a specific Payee, facilitating the extraction of the report

 

  • Introducing two new tracking features: This tracking features enabling the identification of individuals who printed a check and reviewed documents attached to an insurance claim. Firstly, regarding the checks, the system will display the identity of the user who printed the check.

Secondly, for all documents attached to a claim, a comprehensive log now records the user who flagged the document as reviewed. Each file can be marked as reviewed, and this action will be logged in the database.

 

  • Implemented a new Notifications and Warnings feature: We've implemented a new feature that includes notifications and warnings when a claim is generated in a season other than the current one. Insurance users will now receive an email notification whenever a claim is created in any past season. Additionally, an on-screen warning notification will promptly alert users about this occurrence

 

Updates and Improvements

Travel Permit

We are releasing the below changes on travel permit:

  • All the workflows per branches are now set.

  • The notifications process was reviewed in order to send based on the workflow and not only to the creator of the Travel Permit.

  • The system now display the next approver based on the workflow.

  • The system now display a sequential number for each of the travel permit created.

Confirming a Member that is Shared

A shared organization will now be able to confirm a member that is unconfirmed. The shared organization will also be able to verify the address.

Note:

  • This feature's availability is contingent upon branch permissions.

  • Confirmation of a member profile is conditional if there is no unconfirmed address and a primary address set. If an unconfirmed address exists, the member confirmation process will not be possible.

Participant Report

The participant report now have the primary address and the phone number.

Registration Report

The registration report now have the primary address and the phone number.

Rostered Participant Report

A new column was added to the Rostered participant report to display the gender of the team.

In the member profile, when you click on a clinic or a qualification that is related to a clinic, we will now display a link to go directly to the clinic.
