For tryouts, evaluation:

When setting up your Registration Fees, you must select 'Tryouts/Selection Camps Registration' in the 'Activity Season' field

For player carding:

Leave 'Activity Season' blank

Step 2: Create your Online Store: https://help.spordle.com/space/HDNE/2794588257/Create+Online+Store

Step 3: Make your Store private: https://help.spordle.com/space/HDNE/2794588443/Online+registration+management#Online-Store-Status

Step 4: Email the link to participants you would to offer a spot to. Best practice would be to provide the link to this Private Store in person so that the Registrar/Team Official can ensure that the participant receives it, is able to register, and can ask any questions live so the offer doesn't wait in the participant's inbox. Please keep an eye on your registrations, in case of participants forwarding this link to others. Anyone with the link will be able to register.
