Change PLAY account email address

It is possible to change the email address you use to log in to Spordle PLAY. This function is only available to SuperAdmin users.

Note: Spordle will not change account email addresses for any user. We invite you to contact your organization, which will be able to make the change.

Remember: If you wish to change your email address to receive notifications, go to your profile and click on Contact to change your email address.

To change the email address of a user's Spordle PLAY account, click on the People menu on the left.

Then, search for the participant whose email address you want to change by first and last name or member number.

Once you've found the member you're looking for, click on it.

In the Member Profile Summary tab, scroll down to the Account box. Click on the arrow to the right to expand the information in this space.

The email address of the Spordle PLAY user account will be shown in blue on the left. Click on it.

A new window will appear; click Edit in the top right-hand corner.

Change the member's email address. DO NOT CHANGE PASSWORD, and members will keep the same password.

Click on Save.

Now that the change is complete, you can ask the member to log in with the new email address and the same password. If they have forgotten their password, ask them to click on Forgot Password to retrieve it.
