My Account - Profile Search

You have two ways to search for a member profile:

First: You can add your member profile or that of your family members in My Account by clicking on the + Add. You need to search for the member's last name, first name and date of birth or member number. Then you select the relationship with the member.

Second: When registering a member to an organization, you can click on Register an existing participant. You will first get a list of members linked to your account, if the member is not linked to your account, click on Search participants. You must then enter the member's last name, first name and date of birth or member number. A list of members will appear and you must select the member you want.

If you do not find your profile during your search, there may be two reasons for not finding the profile:

If the member has never participated in an activity and the profile has never been created. If the member has never participated in an activity and the profile has never been created, you must create the profile during registration by clicking on Register New Participant or ask your local organization to create the profile.

If the member already has a member profile and the search does not give you any results, it may be a spelling or birth date error in the member's profile. Please contact your local organization to obtain the member number and verify the data in the member's file
