Lock Account
If your Spordle Account is blocked or desactivated , a message will appear.

You must send an email to support@spordle.com. You should write your full name and the email address associated with your user account in your demand.
A customer support team member will re-activate your account and notify you when it’s done. Normally it tooks approximately 30 minutes for your account to be unlocked.
Try to reconnect to Myaccount Spordle.
If you still remember your password; you will be able to use it.
If you have forgotten your password, please see the documentation below regarding recovering a forgotten password.
Forget Password
If you have forgotten your password, you must click on Forgot Password after entering your user email address.

The system will notify you that it will send an email to retrieve your password to your user email address.
Remember to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you do not receive the verification code, click RESEND CODE.
Do not close your window, go to your mailbox to get the 6-digit verification code that the system will send you. It should take approximately 30 minutes to received the code.
You will see this email
You must enter the 6-digit code in the box provided.
Create a new password and confirm it.
Once you have completed this information, click Submit.

Enter the new password you just created and click Login.
