Delete a My Account

 

Conditions to be met before deletion

Before you can delete your account, please make sure that :

  • There are no amounts due in the Purchase tab.

  • There are no pending installments.

If clinics are active on your account at the time of deletion :

  • They will become inaccessible.

  • However, it will be possible to recover them by linking the sports profile to another account.

 

If you wish to delete your Spordle account, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Settings tab of your account.

  • Click on Delete my account.

  • Once the request has been submitted :

    • The account will be suspended immediately.

    • A 30-day period will apply before final deletion.

To reactivate your account during the 30 days period, please contact support.
