Certify Games - League (Soccer)

Once the referee has completed a game, i.e., entered the goals, penalties, and incident reports, the league must proceed to homologate the Game.

Game notification completed

As soon as the referee has completed the Game, the game sheet is automatically sent to the team staff, game officials, and league administrators.

The league is thus notified as soon as a game is completed and will receive this type of email:

Search for games to be certified

To certify your games, log on to the Spordle Play website and click Game in the left-hand menu.

To simplify your task and display only the games that need to be certified, you can search for games using the following filters:

  • Game number: if you have only one Game to certify, you can enter the game number.

  • Date: you can add a date range allowing you to certify only games that took place during this period.

  • Completed: displays whether or not the referee has completed the Game.

  • Certified: allows you to display games that have not yet been certified.

 

 

Icon for games to be certified

A flag will appear to the right of the games to be homologated.

 

A game with a black check mark indicates that no items have been added, awarded, or made during the Game.

 

 

A game flagged with an exclamation mark indicates that items have been added, awarded, or made during that Game.

 

 

List of red-flag items

General

  • The coach has recorded the results

  • Game not finished

Home or visiting team

  • Too many players

  • Not enough players

  • Additional players

  • Players serving Suspension

  • Secondary team players

  • Players missing before the start of the Game

  • suspended players not serving a suspension

  • Yellow cards

  • Indirect red card

  • Direct red card

 

List of items validate for homologation

When games are homologated, the following elements are validated:

  • Qualifications

  • Administrative Suspension

  • Validation by member type (member validation by ARS)

  • Profile photo validation

  • Transfer

Game certify without a red flag

To homologate games in batches, select the games you wish to homologate in the box to the left of the Game and then click on Certify at the top right of the page.

 

A window will appear to confirm the homologation of the selected games. Click on Certify.

 

Once your games have been certified, a blue Report box will appear to the right of the games.

Click on Report to display the game report.

Notification of major penalties

You will be notified by email if a major penalty has been called during a match.

 

Click on View Game Sheet to display the game sheet in PDF format in your browser.

 

Quick view of items to be certified

You can quickly view the elements that need to be homologated for a game with a red flag. To do this, click on the flag icon to open a window showing the homologation elements for this Game.

You can either click on Certify to proceed with homologation immediately or close this window and follow the steps below to view the game sheet in detail.

 

Game sheet tab in PLAY

The list of games with missing elements that need to be homologated will be displayed with a red flag in Spordle PLAY's game menu.

Click the game line and the Game sheet tab to view the details.

 

The system will indicate that the game sheet has been completed in the Summary section. However, a yellow stripe will appear in the Certify section, indicating that the game sheet has not been certified.

 

Edit homologation elements

You can edit the game homologation by clicking Edit in the top left-hand corner of the Certification section.

 

Make the changes and click Save in the top right-hand corner.

 

Incident report

You can also view, modify or add additional information to the incident report.

Click on the member, and a window will appear, allowing you to make the changes. Don't forget to click Save when you're finished.

 

Suspension

It is impossible to modify automatic suspensions that have been added in connection with the rules. A message will appear advising you that the Suspension cannot be modified.

However, if you wish to add an extra match, click + Add Suspension.

 

A window will appear, allowing you to add suspension games to a player already suspended or to add a suspension to another player. Enter the required information.

 

Note: Automatic suspensions will be purged before additional suspensions.

 

Certify the Game

Once all the checks have been carried out on a game with a red flag, you can homologate it by clicking on Certify in the Certification section of the Game Sheet tab.

 

You can also select all the games to be homologated from the Game menu list.
