Updating Member's Email Addresses

  • For updating email addresses for notifications, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your profile and click on Address book.

    2. Click on the email address you want to update.

    3. In the popup window, change your email address.

    4. Click Save.

For Updating a Login Email Address, follow these steps:

Note: Updating a member’s login email is permission based.

  • Click on the People menu on the left.

  • Search for the participant whose email address you want to change by first and last name or member number.

  • Once you've found the member, click on their name.

  • In the Member Profile Summary tab, scroll down to the Account section and click on the arrow to expand the information.

  • The email address of the PLAY user account will be shown in blue on the left. Click on it.

  • A new window will appear; click Edit in the top right-hand corner.

  • Change the member's email address. DO NOT CHANGE THE PASSWORD, as members will keep the same password.

  • Click Save.

Once the change is complete, the member can log in with the new email address and the same password. If they have forgotten their password, they can click on Forgot Password to retrieve it. Remember, Spordle will not change account email addresses for any user, so please contact your organization for assistance with this process.
