Member Profile Spordle PLAY

In a Spordle PLAY member profile, you'll find a range of personal and administrative information about the user, enabling centralized, organized management of members and their roles in various competitions.

Contents

  1. Picture

    • A picture is added to Spordle PLAY via synchronization with Spordle ID when the participant is integrated into a team. This ensures that the correct profile is used, even if several accounts have the same name. All photo updates must be made on Spordle ID.

  2. Participant

    • In the Participant tab, you'll find the first name, last name, administrative roles associated with the profile, and the account's e-mail address. This address also appears in the Account tab and when searching for a participant.

       

  3. Address book

    • Primary and emergency contacts are added here and are not linked to the account's e-mail address. A yellow star identifies a primary contact, while a red cross indicates an emergency contact. These contacts can receive activated notifications, such as game changes or assignments. The address book can also be used, for example, to inform a parent of their child's game schedule, whether they are a coach or referee.

  4. Team

    • This tab appears if you have been added to a team as a player or coach, or if you have the necessary permissions to view and manage teams according to your administrative roles.

  5. Qualifications

    • Here you can view the certifications, or qualifications linked to the profile, according to the administrative roles assigned.

  6. Notification source

    • This tab lets you manage account-related notification preferences, based on events such as game changes or new assignments.

  7. Administrative roles

    • This tab lists the administrative roles assigned to the user, such as player, coach, referee, or other function within the organization.

  8. Account

    • All basic account information, such as e-mail address and login details, can be found in this tab. It also allows you to modify personal information and account preferences.

  9. Reports

Profile

  1. Profile

    • This section contains all the member's personal and administrative information, including associated roles and login details. It's a complete overview of the user's profile.

  2. Address

    • This is where you'll find all the postal addresses and contact details stored for the member, including residential information and other associated addresses.

  3. Address book

    • This section includes the member's primary and emergency contacts. These contacts are used to receive notifications of events such as match changes or new assignments.

Availability

  • It displays members' availability for games, training sessions, or other events. This information is essential for planning and organizing games and assignments.

Schedules

  1. Presents the calendar of games, training sessions, or events related to the member. Includes past and upcoming events.

     

Leagues

  1. Lists the leagues in which the member is active or has been involved, with specific roles and participations for each league.

  2. Cards

    • A summary of any red or yellow cards received by the member, along with the associated sanctions. This makes it possible to track disciplinary infractions.

  3. Suspensions

    • Lists all the member's current or past suspensions, including details such as duration and status.

       

Officials

  1. Qualifications

    • This section contains all certifications and qualifications required or acquired by the official. It can be used to verify validated skills, diplomas, or other accreditations required to perform the role.

  2. Availability

    • This section displays the official's availability periods, essential for game and assignment planning. Availability can be adjusted according to events or the official's preferences.

  3. Transactions

    • This section lists any financial or administrative transactions related to the official, such as payments for refereed games or other indemnities received.

  4. Claims

    • If enabled by the organization, this section allows the official to file claims or reports related to matches, such as incidents or disputes. Claims can be submitted before or after the game, depending on the parameters defined.
