Documents

This is where you manage the documents required for member registration, clinic registration and travel permits.

Document Settings

• Depending on your user role, the Settings tab contains the documents required to register a member with your organization, apply for a travel permit, or file an insurance claim.

• You can click Edit to select new documents or remove them.

Member Registration Documents

• You may choose one or more of the documents listed below, which will be required for member registration.

  • Proof of residence

  • Proof of birth

  • NRP Document

  • Background check

Documents for clinic

• You can choose one or more of the documents listed below, which are required when members register for a clinic.

Travel permit documents

• You can select one or more documents to be required when applying for a travel permit.

Documents Types  

In the Document Types tab, you will find a list of available documents. However, by clicking "Add" you can create new ones that are not in the list. Simply fill in the following fields:

• Document name

• Document description

• Status (active or inactive)

Finally, click "Add" to save the new document type in the list.

Expiration of documents

• You have the option to add an expiration date for certain required documents. To do this, click "Add".

• You only have to fill in the following fields:

  • Document type: select the document from the drop-down list

  • Months to expiration: indicate the number of months before document expiry

  • Minimum and maximum age: indicate the minimum and maximum age of the member for whom the document is required

  • Delete after expiration: select if the document should be deleted after expiration

• Click on Add

To delete or change the expiration information of a document, click on the document line, and a sidebar will open on the right, you can make changes by clicking on the blue pencil or delete by clicking on the Action and Delete button.
