Travel Permits

If you authorize your team officials to submit travel permit requests from My Account, you can activate this function in the Settings menu, Organization, and click on Travel Permits. Simply click on the Modify button and select Yes to activate this function. By default, this function is not active.

If you have allowed your coaches to enter their travel permit requests from My Account, add them to a team roster; otherwise, they cannot make requests.

If you don't want to activate the travel permit module for your teams, deactivate the module by sliding the toggle button. By default, the module is active.

You can add a registration fee to a travel permit application by entering an amount in the Travel Permit Fee box. Changing or deleting fees when submitting a permit application is impossible.

If you wish to request a fee for a travel permit application, please note that the system will generate no invoice and will not allow your team officials to make an online payment at the time of application.
You must therefore contact your teams to receive payment. Alternatively, you can create an Other Items, send the link to one of your team officials and have the team make the payment. Please refer to the Other Items documentation if you wish to proceed in this way.

Travel permits are managed by the Spordle ID user in the Tasks menu under Travel Permit. The system will display all available travel permits for the organization and sub-organizations. The user can also create new travel permits directly in this section.
