Release

 

 

Access Release Requests

To process a release request, navigate to the Tasks menu and select Manage Requests.

Displaying Release Requests

A list of release requests will appear, providing quick access to the following details:

  • Date submitted: date and time the request was made

  • Created by: name and e-mail address of the requester

  • Organization: both the incoming and outgoing organizations

  • Member: name, member number and gender

  • Date of birth: date of birth, and age of the member

  • Status: the current status of the release request

  1. Check the box next to the release request.

  2. Select the member to open the right-hand side panel.

  3. Click "Manage Approval."

  4. A window will prompt you to either refuse or approve the release request.

Processing a Single Request for Release

  • Click on the Release request box.

  • Select the member to open the right-hand side panel.

  • Click on Manage Approval.

 

  • A window will prompt you to either Refuse or Approve the release request.

 

  • If refusing, provide a note explaining the reason and confirm the refusal.

 

  • If approving, confirm the request.

 

  • Upon completion, a confirmation message will appear.

 

Batch Processing of Release Requests

Under Tasks > Manage Requests > Release, select all desired members by ticking the box next to each or by using the Manage All option.

Once you have completed your selection, a side panel will open to your right, allowing you to manage the approval of release requests.

Click on Manage Approval.

 

Choose from three options:

  • Refuse: Provide a reason for refusal.

  • Approve: Confirm your decision.

  • Skip: Postpone approval for later review.
