• Added the option of writing a description in English and French, depending on the organization's regional settings.

• Option to add a link in the description.

Terms and conditions in member profile

• Terms and conditions are now visible in the side panel of a member's profile in Spordle ID.

• Printable terms and conditions for registrars.

Memberships fees refund

• The membership fees and the amount paid are now displayed, which may differ for fees, credits, or transactions involving several participants.

• When the refund modal is opened, the default amount corresponds to the amount paid.

Incident report

• It is now possible to authorize up to two external teams for an incident report.

Season of activity for a shared membership:

• Fédérations or regions can configure the activity season for tryouts and camps.

• They must specify whether the activity excludes affiliation fees, the duration of the member's sharing with the new organization, and whether or not the member is authorized to register with it.

• Then, when creating registration fees for tryouts or camps, registrars can select the corresponding activity period.

Unregister a member

• A new unregistering wizard, currently available only for Baseball Québec, includes the following actions:

  • Refund

  • Cancel

  • Remove member type

• This wizard allows you to display and execute these steps directly from a side panel dedicated to unregistering a member.
