Active Participants this Season

The report on active participants this season establishes the number of participants within an organization for a given season.

This report considers all participants who have registered, either manually or online, as well as all participants who have been added to a roster with or without prior registration. In particular, it is used by federations to invoice memberships over a given period using the participant's membership type.

Various filters can be used to determine the number of active participants, and a region, province, or national federation can generate this report with all the participants from the sub-organizations.

The report can be generated by member type, division, or gender identity for greater precision.

We recommend using the Start-Date and End-Date filters to generate the report for a given period. Note that only participants who register for the first time or add a team for the first time will be generated for this period. So, if a member acquired his membership type in a period prior to the selected date range, he will not appear in the report.
