New field in qualifications

On a specific qualification, it is possible to set the option to prevent or allow member creation. This permission is available to the organization creating the qualification and applies to all clinics created from this qualification.

Rolling team restrictions

It is now possible to roll over team restrictions, a modal will open and propose the list of seasons from which restrictions can be copied. It's easy to select the restrictions to be rolled over, and to make changes afterwards.
