Waiting list updates

We have fixed 3 issues with the waiting list :

• Merging 2 profiles when one of them was on a waiting list was causing an issue. The system will now trigger an error message asking the user to manage the waiting list registration before merging.

• We have improved the process to trigger the waiting list when 2 person are registering at the same time. In the past, we had some cases where the registration was going over the maximum number of places when two person were registering at the same time.

• In the waiting list report, we have added the following columns :

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Contacts

Exporting roster in PDF

The number of teams that can be exported in the PDF at the same time was moved from 10 to 250.

Organization Staff Report

2 columns were added in that report :

• Organization path

• Organization code

Active participant report

The activa participant report has been updated to include a new filter : With affiliated members. The filter will by default include all members but allow you to report on only the affiliated members.

Roster module

Three improvements are added to the roster module :

• We have improved how we display the error message to include the member name when you reach the position limit on a roster.

• When adding player to a team, you can now filter the list of players based on their registration package.

• A flag will appear on participant list when the member you are trying to add have no affiliation.

Team contact type

The team contact type can now be defined at each level of the tree. This will add those contacts type to the one that the parent organization has defined.
