It is possible to modify the payment methods and the date of the installment for your members. You can change a credit card installment to a manual payment, apply a credit or change the dates of future installments.
Go to the member's profile under the "Transaction" tab, click on the desired transaction line and in the right side panel click on "Edit".
A pop-up window will open allowing you to change the payment method and date of all pending payments. The following payment options will be available:
A credit can be applied to future payments by selecting "Offline Credit".
The system will always validate the total amount before saving.
