In the dashboard, you will find links to helpful information. You can click on the Show me around for a tour of the Dashboard.
Clicking on the 3 dots, you can customize the dashboard, moving the sections around to display the way you want.
Support requests: From this section, you can view how many support requests you have created, and how many you have currently open. A display of each of your tickets will be shown, including the status of the ticket. Links are available to your support requests, and to create a new ticket, and you can click on each support request to open it and review all comments or add additional information.
Clicking on the link for Support requests takes you to the My Support Request page. You can use the filters to sort your tickets by Priority or by Status. You can also search by the ticket number, or by subject.
From the ticket display, you can view the reference of the tickets, the subject, the priority level and the status.
From the top right corner you can click on + Support request to start a new ticket.
When submitting a request, please remember to put in as much detail as you can.
Opening your tickets, you can view comments, update information and add attachments by clicking on +Add.
Recently Viewed: A list of your most recent viewed pages will be shown. Clicking on them will take you back to the page you were on.
Notifications: A list of your notifications will be shown. Clicking on a notification will open it and mark it as read. The blue dot shows which ones have not been read.
Welcome: Click on Show me around for a tour of the Spordle platform.
Dashboard
A brand new dashboard that will centralize important information for your day to day task. By clicking the dots, you can move the dashboard section around your screen.

The sidebar is here to make your navigation easier. History & Favorites: Two features that can help you get around quicker.
Help Center
Our new Help Center can now be kept open and moved around the screen to keep reading while you navigate. Content will be shown and will adapt as you navigate through different pages.
Resources:
News: Scroll through release notes to find information on new features and improvements.
Training: This will take you to the training calendar. We are continually adding in more sessions, so check back often. Click on the session you wish to attend for a full description. If you would like to join this training, register for the session, and a zoom link will be emailed to you.
Support requests: Click on the link to open a new ticket.
Your Profile
Here you can quickly access your account and your support requests as well as sign out.
Language: Toggle between French and English by clicking on FR or EN.
Help Bubble:
On each page within HCR, you can click the help bubble to submit a support request, access our user guide. A direct link to the section of the user guide for that page you are on will be available. To scroll to other sections of the guide, use the left hand menu and click the titles of the different parts of the user guide including recording of past training sessions.
Notification Bell: To view your support request, and see the status of your tickets, click the bell found at the top right hand of your screen, then click on your ticket.
To turn on or off notifications, click the bell, then click the gear from on the pop up window.
To edit your notifications slide each option on or off. then click Save changes.
Note: If you have additional roles, you will need to modify your notifications for each role.
