This report is intended for branches, and will generate a list of members on their primary team and will allow the invoicing of the insurance fees between Hockey Canada and the sub organization. It will also, show the distribution of the membership fees for the federation, the branch and other organizations based on the number of players, coaches and bench staff.
Membership Fee - Summary Report: This report will give you a total number of registration by division. If you need a detailed report that includes names of registrations, use the Action button and select Go to detailed report.
Membership Fee - Detailed Report: This report will give you a detailed report for registrations that include member’s information. If you need a summary report for registration number per division, use the Action button and select Go to summary report.
Filter options: for the Membership Fee report are:
The * indicates that it is a mandatory field.
Organization*: This is a mandatory filter - You can use the drop down or the tree to select an organization, or select All. (Selecting another MHA is permission based).
Period*: This is a mandatory filter - By default it will the period will be set to the current season. Use the drop down to select a different season if needed.
Division*: This is a mandatory filter - Use the drop down to select all divisions or select a targeted list.
Member Type: This is an optional filter, and if used, only 1 member type at a time and be filtered.
Gender Identity: Use drop down to filter by male, female, prefer to to say or prefer to self describe.
Date of Birth - Start & End: You can use the birth date range to narrow your search.
Date - Start & End: You can search for registration that came in during a date range by adding a start and end date.
Specific Date: To search for members that were added to a team on a specific dates, you can use this filter option.
Action Button:
Go to detailed report - This will take the report from a summary to a detailed report that includes names of members.
New custom report - You can create you own custom appeals report that will allow you to choose the columns that are generated.
Export excel - Click to export your report
To create this report, click New Custom Report. Give the report a name, and a description (optional but is useful if you want to save the custom report and use it again later). Click the box Save Filter Values if you want to save this custom report. Next, select all, or choose from the column options, then click Save.
