To approve or decline a request for approval from one of your organizations. Click on the Tasks menu and select Manage Requests.
Unconfirmed organization request filtering
To access the list of requests, click on Unconfirmed Organizations. By default, the system will display the list of organizations pending approval.
If you want to display requests with a different status, click on the Pending box and select one of the following statuses:
Draft: an organization that has not yet submitted its request for approval
Approved: an organization whose request you have approved
Declined: an organization whose request you have declined
You can also search for a specific organization by entering its name in the Search box.
List of unconfirmed organizations
As indicated above, the Status of organizations pending confirmation will be displayed by default.
The number of organizations to be confirmed will be shown in the box, and the list of all organizations to be confirmed will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
Select an organization
To manage approval for a single organization, click on it to open the side panel on the right.
Then click on the Action button and select Manage Approval.
Select batch organizations
If you want to manage the approval of several organizations in a batch, you need to click on the checkbox at the top left of the list of your organizations.
You can select either Select All to select all pages or Select the current page.
The right-hand side panel will open. Click the Action button in the top right-hand corner and select Manage Approval.
Manage approvals
If you have selected one or more organizations, a window will be displayed, allowing you to approve or decline the request.
Click on Status, select Approved or Declined, and click on Submit.
Decline the request for approval from one or more organizations
If you select the Status Declined, enter the reason for the decline and click Submit. This will enable the organization to proceed with the approval criteria.
Note: if you have selected multiple organizations and declined the request, all organizations will be declined, and the note entered will be applied to all of them.
A message indicating that the Status has been updated successfully will be displayed.
When an organization is declined, it will be notified.
In the Manage-Organization menu, the Status Declined will be indicated in red, and the note will be added.
The organization can then make any necessary corrections or additions and resubmit its organization for approval.
Approve the request for approval of one or more organizations
Select the Approved Status and click Submit to accept a request from one or more organizations.
Note: if you have selected more than one organization and approved the request, all organizations will be approved.
A message indicating that the Status has been updated successfully will be displayed.
When a team has been approved, it will be able to see in the Manage - Organization menu that the Status is Approved in green.
