This report is for organizations that add credit to a member's profile. It allows you to view information on the credits.
Filter options for the Credits report are:
The * indicates that it is a mandatory field.
Organization*: This is a mandatory filter - You can use the drop down or the tree to select an organization, or select All. (Selecting another MHA is permission based).
Credit Category: Use the drop down to select a credit category.
Created Date - Start & End: You can search for credits that were created during a date range by adding a start and end date.
Expiration Date - Start & End: You can search for credits that expire during a time period by adding a start and end date.
Gender Identity: Use drop down to filter by male, female, prefer to to say or prefer to self describe.
Date of Birth - Start & End: You can search for a birth date range of members that have credits by adding a start and end date.
Active Credits Only: By putting a checkmark in the box, you will search for only active credits.
With Balance Only: By putting a checkmark in the box, you will search for only credits have have a balance on them.
Action Button:
New custom report - You can create you own custom appeals report that will allow you to choose the columns that are generated.
Export excel - click to export your report
To create this report, click New Custom Report. Give the report a name, and a description (optional but is useful if you want to save the custom report and use it again later). Click the box Save Filter Values if you want to save this custom report. Next, select all, or choose from the column options, then click Save.
