Affiliation fee display

The module that manage affiliation fee was improved in the last month in order to fix all the issues related to capturing the fee and displaying the fees. Last season we had issues with affiliation fee not being charged properly when doing an exchange or when cancelling a registration. This was all reviewed and retested to align with the bylaws.

We have also reviewed all the display to make sure that the affiliation fee are displayed for the users. So in all the invoices sent by emails, in the registration process for a player and in the registrar view, we are now showing the affiliation fees for all the levels in the organization tree.

We are also launching with this release a new Membership fee tab that will be available to any registrar to see the details of the affiliation fees paid by the member for the current season. The tab is located between Transactions and Teams.

As you can see, this will show for each of the organization the affiliation fees captured with the organization where the invoice was made and the transaction number. This will allow the registrar to see where and when the fee were captured and allow a better tracking.

Note that in a case where the fee was already paid, the system will still list them for that specific invoice to allow you to see that there was no fee on that specific invoice.

Travel permit

The travel permit pdf was fixed to display the country properly on the form.

Transaction tab in the member profile

The column Paid was renamed to Paid/Credited.
