Search by Member Location
When searching for members, they fall into 3 groups - members that belong to your organization, members that belong to your branch office or provincial association and their child organizations, or members from any organization within your sport. Select the radio button for your search
Note: only basic information will be displayed for members outside your local organization.
Search as a Parent Organization
If you are an organization that have sub organization (branch, member partners, regions) you are now able to search by those criteria without entering the full name:
Member type
Member status
Unconfirmed address
Missing documents
Filters and Search Criteria
By leaving the filters blank, and clicking Search all members belonging to that local organization will be displayed in the search results.
You can narrow the search by applying one or a combination of filter options:
Member type
No member type / Unregistered members
Missing required fields
Unconfirmed addresses
Missing documents
First name and Last Name
Email
Birth date range
Minimum age - Maximum age
Gender identity
Member status
Member number
Search by Member Type
By selecting a Member Type, you will narrow your search to members that have that member type for the current season. A member type is added to a profile by registration or being rostered to a team. A member type will get reset every year. The member type options are: Bench Staff, Coach, Official, Player and Volunteer.
Search by No Member Type / Unregistered Members
By selecting the filter option for No member type / unregistered members, you can search for members that have no registration on file or have not been rostered to a team in the current season.
Search by Missing Required Fields
By selecting the filter option for Missing required fields, you will narrow your search to members that are missing information from the primary information select of their profile.
Search by Unconfirmed Addresses
When a member updates their address in My Account, the address will need to be verified by the registrar in the member profile. You can filter by Unconfirmed Addresses to display only members with addresses that need to be verified.
Search by Missing Documents
If you have selected mandatory documents in your organization's settings, you can search for only those members who have not added the required documents during registration or when you submit a change of address.
Please note: if the members have an existing profile prior to the 2022-2023 season, missing documents will only be flagged once a change to their address is made.
Search by First Name and Last Name
By selecting the filter option for First and Last name, you can target your search. You can either use full names, or partial ie. Jane Tester - you can enter J and T or Jane and T etc. You can also enter a % sign if you don’t know the first name (or last name) example: enter Jane for the first name and % as the Last name.
Search by Email
It’s possible to search by email address in the database. The criteria for the search are done as below:
Primary email address of the member profile
Email addresses in contact information
Email addresses of My Account link to the member
You can search using the primary organization or the child organization.
Search by Member Status
You can search by the status of a members profile:
Draft: An online registration has been started for a new member but it has not been completed. No Member # has been assigned to this profile.
Unconfirmed: When a new member is created and assigned a Member #, the status will first be unconfirmed. Once the member’s information has been verified, the status can be updated to confirmed.
Confirmed: A member that has an Member # with information that has been confirmed.
Inactive: Members that have had no activity on their profile for 18 months. The status of an inactive member will change to back to their prior status when one of the following as one actions are triggered: '
The member is added to a team
The member submits a registration
The member registers to a clinic
Blocked: A member that has a blocked status can not register for a sport or be transferred.
Potential Ineligible: If a has a partial match to an permanently ineligible member, they will be flagged as potentially ineligible and will need to be reviewed by your sports branch office.
Search by Birth Date Range
You can filter your search by a date range, select the start and end dates. Example 2009-01-01 to 2008-12-31
Search by Minimum Age - Maximum Age
You can filter your search by an age range. Example age 12 to 15
Search by Gender Identity
You can search by gender identity - filter by male or female
Search by Participant ID/Passport/Member ID
Searching by Participant ID/Passport/Member ID #, it will target this member only.
Reset the Search
Each time you search for a member, a history of this search will be kept, and reused the next time you return to the members search. You can reset the filters by clicking on Clear or Reset filters at the bottom of the search page.
Download Search Results
The search feature is designed for a general or a targeted search option. Once a search is complete, you can use the Export button to download the results in CSV or Excel.
