The registration fee is the amount required for a participant to register for an activity during a specific period or season.
Adding a registration fee
Click on Catalog, Registration Fees, and + Add.
Fill in the required information:
Fields marked with an * are required
Type of member: Select the type of member you want from the following:
Player
Coach
Official
Volunteer
Bench Staff
Active: By selecting Inactive, no registrations can be made.
Available Places: If this option is used, you can limit the number of registrations for this division.
Waiting List: Once the available spaces are filled, participants can register on the waiting list. No fee on the waiting list will be charged during registration.
It is possible to increase the registration limit when it has reached its limit. However, all registrations on the waiting list must have been processed (accepted or canceled).
Note: If members are still on the Waiting list, future registrations will be added to the waiting list.
Show Remaining Spaces: Check if you wish to display the number of places available on the waitlist.
Division *: Select the desired division. Only members in this age group can register for this division.
Note: For team staff registration, use SEN. for the division.
Category: You can select the category based on the division chosen.
Minimum Age - Maximum Age: You can select a category and indicate the minimum and maximum age of participants.
To create registration fees for multiple age divisions, you must select the desired maximum age division and customize the minimum and maximum age.
The maximum age must not exceed the age of the selected division according to your Federation's age chart.
In the example below, the U13 division has been selected, the minimum age has been set to 6, and the maximum age to 13 corresponds to the selected division.
Name *: Enter the name of your registration fee. If your registration applies to multiple age divisions, be sure to enter a meaningful title indicating the ages of the registration fee.
Activity Period: If an activity period has been set up in your organization, you can select the period to which the registration fee is related.
Exclude Affiliation Fee: You can use this feature for registrations that you do not want affiliation fees applied to, such as volunteers, bench staff, or training camps.
Registration Fee *: Enter the amount of your registration fee.
Early Registration Fee: If you wish to offer an early registration fee, enter the fee amount and the date and time before the fee is active.
Late Registration Fee: If you wish to offer a late registration fee, enter the fee amount and the date and time after which the fee is active.
Catalog Information to Add
Questionnaires: Select the desired questionnaire for your registration fee.
Waivers: Select the waivers you want for your registration fee.
Installments: Select the desired installments for your registration fee.
Additional questions for activities
Training per week: Select the number of workouts per week.
Training days: Select training days.
Training Day Info: Enter additional information about the training days.
Games per week: Select the number of games per week.
Game Days: Select the players for the practice days.
Game Day Info: Enter additional game day information.
Once completed, click on Add.
Change registration fees
By clicking on your registration fee line, a side panel will open to your right, and two tabs will be available Fees and Catalog.
In the Fees tab, using the blue pencil, you can modify or add any information related to your registration fees and any additional questions for activities.
In the Catalog tab, you can modify or add the elements of your Catalog related to your registration fees.
If your provincial or regional organization has added waivers, they will be displayed under your waivers.
You can delete or duplicate your registration fee by clicking the Action button on the side panel.
Delete: The registration fee should not be used in an online store if you wish to delete it.
Duplicate: You can duplicate fees to copy the fee options. You will only need to change the division, name, and information about this new registration fee.
Rollover of registration fees
You can rollover registration fees from a previous season. To do this, you must be in the season where the fees are to be imported. Then, in the "Registration fees" menu of the Catalog, you click on "Add" and "Rollover."
Then select the previous season you wish to import and click "Search."
Then click on the fees you wish to import or "Select all."
Click on "Next"
Then click on "Create" to import the registration fees into the new season
The registration fee rollover is now complete; click "Close," and the fees for the new season will be displayed.
You can review your fee information by clicking on the blue pencil on the side panel.
In the "Fees" tab, you can edit the following information:

Total places
Waiting list (if the number of places are determined)
Show remaining places (if the number of places are determined)
Ask for position
Exclude membership fees
Regular fee
Early fee with date
Late fee with date

Waivers
