The communications tool can be used to send hockey sports communications only though the HCR systemSpordle ID. Each time you send an email, you will need to accept that you understand the terms and conditions set out by Hockey Canadayour National Organization.
The email function within HCR Spordle Id is intended for the purposes of hockey sports management. It is not intended for emailing participants notices of additional services, promotions, third parties promotions, and/or hockey specific research. Use with discretion and if you are in doubt, contact your branch.

If you want to initiate an email to users of an organization or multiple organization, you can start the process from the compose menu by clicking Compose. From there, you will be able to select Organization or Participant depending on who you want to send the communication to.
