Registration

Registrations for the current season will be displayed.

  • Registration Date: The date and time of the registration is shown, as well as the type of registration - online or manual, and the invoice number with a link to open it.

  • Registration: The package name and season is displayed.

  • Season: The hockey season of the registration.

  • Waivers: The number of waivers attached to the registration fee is displayed along with the number of that is signed.

  • Status: The status of registration, pending or confirmed.

You will be able to view all registrations, even from another organization. For example, if a player is shared between 2 organization and the player has done registration in both organization, the information for all the registration will be displayed in the registration tab. This will also be the cased for any parent organization looking up for a profile. The registration tab will contain all the registration in a season.

Note: The transaction tab will only show transactions for your organization.

To view details a specific registration, click on the line to open a side panel.

Registration Side Panel:

  • At the top of the side panel it will show information on the participant, and the name/status of the registration. ,

  • Next you will see three tabs: Registration, Transactions and Questionnaire.

Registration: Date, time, registered by and type of registration is shown (manual or online). Waivers that are attached to the fee are listed. A green checkmark shows that it has been signed, and a red X means that it needs a signature. Waivers that have not been signed will generate a pop-up window in My Account the next time the participant logs in.

To manually accept the waivers on behave of the participant, click on the waiver to open it. Select the answer from the options, then choose Verbal agreement collected or Physical agreement collected.

Transactions: A summary of the registration fee, payments and upcoming schedule is shown, as well as a link to open the invoice.

Questionnaire: A list of questions and answers will be shown. If a question was not answered, a pop-up window will appear in My Account at the next login. To manually answer or update a answer, click on the blue pencil.

Action Button: The action button will enable the following tasks:

  • Confirm registration

  • Confirm waivers

  • Cancel registration

  • Refund

  • Exchange item

  • Change position (only if you request the position during the online registration process)

  • Resend invoice

  • Resend invoice with receipts

  • Send waivers by email

Manual Registration

To manually register a participant, click on the +Add.

First, select the season, and the member type - this will open the registration options. By default, the available registrations will be show that are linked to the age group of the participant. To show packages for under or overage groups, put a checkmark in the box for Show all packages.

Then, select from the dropdown the registration package, or choose no registration, if you are selecting an Other Item fee. Note: To add waivers only, select Manual Registration with Waivers Only.

The price will populate from what is set by the catalog, but can be adjusted as needed. Using the example from the image, the fee in the box is the amount that goes to the association. The added fee is the membership fee, and the total is the amount that the participant pays.

The date and time of the manual registration can be update.

To add an Other Item to the registration, click the ‘+' next to the item. To change the amount of the fee, enter the new cost. To change the price back to the original, click refresh.

Select the method of payment. Participants will receive a pop-up window in My Account notifying that there is a payment to make.

For the questionnaires, you can answer them, or click skip all questionnaires. Participants will be asked to complete the questionnaire then they log onto My Account.

You can click on Skip all waiver to bypassed them. Waivers that have not been signed will generate a pop-up window in My Account the next time the participant logs in. The other option is to manually accept the waivers on behave of the participant. To accept it, click on the answer, then choose Verbal agreement collected or Physical agreement collected.

Once you confirm the registration, it is complete.
