Lock Account

If your Spordle ID account is blocked, you must send an email to hcr@spordleid@spordle.com by using the email address linked associated with your user account.

A member of the customer service experience team will unlock your account and notify you when it is unlocked.

If you forget have forgotten your password, please see the documentation below to recovering a forget regarding the recovery of a forgotten password.

Forget Password

If you forget have forgotten your password, you must click on Forgot Password after entering your user email address.
