My Account - Members

When you register a member, he or she is automatically added to your members list in the Members menu. The organization in which you have registered the member participant is also displayed.

Note: It is not possible to create a new member profile directly in My Account. To create a profile for a member that does not exist in Spordle ID, you must register or contact your local organization.

If you have a member who is registered in multiple sports (Hockey, Soccer, Baseball and HockeyDragon Boat), you have the ability to add their Spordle ID member profile for all the sports profiles they participate in. Click on +Add Profile and select the correct member profile by sport.

IMPORTANT: This option allows you to use one account to register your children for Baseball, Hockey and Soccer. You will then have access to your child's invoices, payments and contact information in one place.

View Member Profile

To view the member's profile, click on View Profile.

Missing Required Fields

A red notification appears in a member's profile when tasks have not been completed. Clicking on the notification will bring up a page to complete the missing data.

Tabs on the Member Page

General

This tab will only show you the first name, last name and age of the member.

Request a Change of Address

If you are moving, you can request a change of address by clicking on Request a Change of Address. A change of address email will be sent to your organization and they will be responsible for validating your change.

Depending on the organization, proof of residency may be required when changing your address. Please consult your organization for more information.

Accounts Linked to this Member

By clicking on Accounts linked to this member, the names of people who have added this member to My Account will be displayed.

Remove a Member's Profile

By clicking on the three small dots in the upper right corner, you can remove this member's profile in your My Account.

Contacts

It is possible to add a contact to a member's profile. In the Contacts tab of a member, click on +Add a contact.

The contact will then be added to the tab. If you wish to remove it or make changes, please contact your organization.

Note: contacts are only displayed in your account, if the member has been added to another person's account, that person will not see the contact you added.

For example: Mom added her phone number and email address in My Account for Jane Tester's profile. Dad who also added Jane Tester to My Account will not see the contact that was added by Mom.

Documents

Documents may be required to approve your profile, please ask your local organization for a complete list of what is required in your area.

If a document is required, you will be notified that there is a missing document and the type of document will be indicated.

The required documents can be added, click on Add File, select the document type, add the document and click on Save.

If a document was added in error or is no longer valid, please contact your local organization and your registrar can remove it.

Waivers

Waivers will only show in your My Account if the invoice for the registration is under your email address. To sign waiver you can either click on Sign all mandatory waivers, or click on the line item so the side panel will open. Then click on the blue pencil to sign the waiver.

How we Protect the Documents

  1. All documents are stored in a file system in AWS (Amazon Web Service) that is completely secure. All uploaded files belong to the account that uploaded them. Spordle employees do not have access to these files.

  2. Files can only be viewed when you are logged into Spordle ID, the URL link for each file is not publicly available.

  3. Only the parent who uploaded the file will have access to the file and the registrar who has read permission on the file.
