Game notification completed

As soon as the referee has completed the matchGame, the game sheet is automatically sent to the team staff, match game officials, and league administrators.

The league is thus notified as soon as a match game is completed , and will receive this type of e-mailemail:

To register certify your matchesgames, log on to the Spordle Play website and click on Match Game in the left-hand menu.

To simplify your task and display only the matches games that need to be homologatedcertified, you can search for matches games using the following filters:

  • Match Game number: if you have only one match Game to homologatecertify, you can enter the match game number.

  • Date: you can add a date range allowing you to homologate certify only matches games that took place during this period.

  • Completed: displays whether or not the referee has completed the matchGame.

  • Certified: allows you to display matches games that have not yet been certified.

When games are homologated, the following elements are validated:

  • Qualifications

  • Administrative Suspension

  • Validation by member type (member validation by ARS)

Game certify without a red flag

To homologate matches games in batches, tick select the matches games you wish to homologate in the box to the left of the match Game and then click on Homologate Certify at the top right of the page.

A window will appear to confirm the homologation of the selected matchesgames. Simply click Click on Homologate Certify.

Once your matches games have been homologatedcertified, a blue Report box will appear to the right of the matchesgames.

Click on Report to display the match game report.

Quick view of items to be certified

You can quickly view the elements that need to be homologated for a match game with a red flag. To do this, click on the flag icon to open a window showing the homologation elements for this matchGame.

You can either click on Homologate if you wish Certify to proceed with homologation immediately , or close this window and follow the steps below to view the match game sheet in detail.

The list of matches games with missing elements that need to be homologated will be displayed with a red flag in Spordle PLAY's Match game menu.

The system will indicate that the match game sheet has been completed in the Summary section. However, a yellow stripe will appear in the Homologation Certify section, indicating that the match game sheet has not been homologatedcertified.

You can edit the match game homologation by clicking on Edit in the top left-hand corner of the Homologation Certification section.

Make the desired changes and click Save in the top right-hand corner.

Incident report

You can also view, modify or add additional information to the incident report.

Simply click Click on the desired member, and a window will appear, allowing you to make the changes. Don't forget to click Save when you're finished.

Suspension

You can also modify the type of penalty, the member and the number of suspension matches awarded to a player. To do so, simply click on the desired player.It is impossible to modify automatic suspensions that have been added in connection with the rules. A message will appear advising you that the Suspension cannot be modified.

However, if you wish to add an extra match, click + Add Suspension.

A window will appear, allowing you to change the penalty to a yellow card, change the member to whom the penalty has been awarded and change the number of suspension matches to be servedadd suspension games to a player already suspended or to add a suspension to another player. Enter the required information.

Once all the checks have been carried out on a game with a red flag, you can homologate it by clicking on Certify in the Certification section of the Game Sheet tab.
