Search for an incident report
Different filters allow you to search for a specific incident report.
Season: enter the season in which the indicator occurred.
Penalty Type: select the type of penalty you are looking for from the drop-down menu.
Penalty: select the desired penalty from the drop-down menu.
Start and end dates: Enter the date ranges of the incident you seek.

Add a Game Incident Report
To add an incident report, click on the Tasks menu and select Game Incident reportReport.

Then click on +Add in the top right-hand corner.

Indicate game information.
The * indicates a mandatory field.
* Division: select the division from the drop-down menu.
Class: select the class from the drop-down menu.
* Category: select the category from the drop-down menu.

Game number
NoteDate: Enter the date of the incident.
League: indicate the name of the league.
Location: enter the location where the incident took place.
Game number: enter the game number.
Note: If necessary, add a note.
Click on Next.

Add incident information.

* Player: in the drop-down menu, select whether the player is from the home or visiting team.

Add another incident: if another incident occurred during this game, click Add incident.

Distribution list
The Distribution list tab displays the emails to which the incident report will be sent. This process is hierarchical, and the emails you add at each level will be added to the distribution list.

Select your choice, and the report will appear in your incident report list.
