IMPORTANT: to respect the limitations of certain external supplier APIs, please note that there is a one-minute delay between each synchronization. Therefore, if you synchronize one or more participants, you must wait one minute before doing so again. A clock sign will indicate that the synchronization is reloading. |

Training
Once a participant has passed all clinic modules, the system automatically adds the qualification to their file.
Don't forget that there is a five-minute synchronization delay, so a participant may inform you that his training has been completed but has not yet been synchronized in HCR. We suggest you manually synchronize the note to validate that the participant has completed the training.
