On this page, you will find all the documentation relating to managing participants in a course.

 

 

Manage Attendees

A Grade column will be visible in the Attendees tab if your clinic has external content. This column allows you to track the course participants' progress.

Please consult the documentation. Manage a clinic for further clinic and manage attendees' details.

Tracking Training Progress

The column will show the number of modules completed by the participant and the number of modules still to be done.

In the example below, John Doe is at 0/5, so he hasn't started his five-module training course yet.

Jane Doe completed the five modules.

Note: information on the number of completed modules comes directly from the Hockey Canada Learning Lab.

Synchronize Grades

Results are updated between HCR and Hockey Canada Learning Lab every 5 minutes. However, it is possible to synchronize the update using one of the following methods manually :

  1. Select a participant to open the side panel and then click on the arrows to the right of the registered note. This action allows you to synchronize the participant's notes.

 

  1. You can select multiple participants from the list to display the side panel, then click on the Action button and choose Sync Grades. This action will synchronize the Grades of all registered participants.

 

 

  1. If you wish to synchronize the grades of all participants, go to the top of your clinic page, click on the Action button, and select Sync Grades.

 

 

IMPORTANT: To respect the information transfer delay between the HCR and the Hockey Canada Learning Lab, a one-minute delay was introduced between each synchronization. Therefore, if you synchronize one or more participants, you must wait one minute before doing so again. A clock sign will indicate that the synchronization is reloading.

 

 

Completed Training

Once a participant has passed all course modules, the system automatically adds the qualification to their profile.

Don't forget that there is a five-minute synchronization delay, so a participant may inform you that his training has been completed but has not yet been synchronized in HCR. We suggest you manually synchronize the note to validate that the participant has completed the training.

 

Display in Member's Profile

The participant's qualifications and progress will be displayed on the side panel of the Qualification tab of the member profile. You can also synchronize the grade from there.
