This user guide is designed for league and tournament schedulers responsible for organizing games, whether it's for a league, tournament, or cup, including regular season, playoffs, or other events. Everything you need to know about creating games will be thoroughly explained here.
While the scheduler is accessible through schedules and officesorganizations, the design of PLAY remains primarily focused on schedules. Therefore, you still need to create a schedule and then add teams and games to it.
Note: Before starting to create creating your schedule, please review the checklist needed that will to help you complete your schedule and manage the associated information effectively.

Field format
Start and end dates: Enter the start and end dates of your schedule.
Regulation time: Indicate the regulation time (playing time in minutes).
Comments: You can add a comment to your schedule, which will be visible on the public Spordle Page.

By default, the schedule will be visible on the league page, but you have the option to make it private, as well as games, hiding them from the public.

Select Teams
Add teams to the schedule. Teams are automatically assigned an order, which is used for generating round-robin schedules. You can add/remove teams at any time and edit the order as needed.

Add Teams: Manually search for teams. Use the category filter to quickly find teams.

If you have created groups or pools, you must select your groupselect the corresponding one. You must then create sequences for each of your groups and schedules. If you don't have a group group and each sub-schedule but not for the pool. If no group or pool is present in this schedule, simply click on choose "No Group".
