 Forethought Forethought is an AI agent that will help HCR user to get answer assistant designed to help HCR users find answers to their questions inside directly within the HCR platform. You will see To access it, look for a small red chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the your screen. Click on it and the bubble to ask any question on HCR to get assistance. The AI will read from all the documentation we have and all the tickets answered we did to give you the right answer. If the answer does not resolve your issues, you will be able to HCR-related question, and the AI will provide answers by drawing from our documentation and previously resolved support tickets. If the response doesn’t fully address your issue, you can easily submit a support ticket to our help desk from through the chat bubble. This will process also help helps our documentation team to improve enhance and refine the documentation for future users.
