Forethought AI agent in HCR

 Forethought is an AI agent that will help HCR user to get answer to their questions inside the HCR platform. You will see a small red chat bubble in the right corner of the screen. Click on it and ask any question on HCR to get assistance. The AI will read from all the documentation we have and all the tickets answered we did to give you the right answer. If the answer does not resolve your issues, you will be able to submit a support ticket to our help desk from the chat bubble. This will also help our documentation team to improve the documentation.
