Who initiates the Mutation
The incoming organization must always initiate the mutation request.

Note: Mutation can only be initiated during the current season. It is not possible to request a mutation for a previous season. |
When can release/Move requests not be initiated?
A mutation request cannot be initiated for the following reasons:
Outstanding If the member has an outstanding balance, a participant the member cannot be transferred until the outstanding balance is clearedhas been paid.
The member already has a membership type for the current season. If so, please consult the Remove Member Type documentation.
Current location, a participant cannot be transferred to the exact location for the same type of transfer.
Active Transfer in Progress: A participant cannot be transferred if they have a pending request for a move that needs to be reviewed.
The member is registered in a team roster.
From the Action button, the transfer options will be grayed out, and you cannot start a transfer process.
If an error occurs, you You must confirm, cancel, and restart the process if an error occurs.

Request for a mutation
To request a mutation, click on the Member menu.
To do your search select Include members of all organizations.
You must enter the first and last names or passport numbers to search for a member outside your organization.

Movement type: select Mutation
Reason: select Mutation
Invoice: leave blank
Target team: leave blank
Detail: if necessary, you can add a comment
Add a document: no need to add a document
Click Submit.

Status of a mutation request
You can check the status of a mutation in the Tasks and Movement menu or the member's profile under the History tab. Click on the movement to open the side panel. You can check the movement process step by step.
Search for a mutation request
Go to the Task and Movement menu to search for your transfer requests.

Mutation management
When a mutation request is created, a workflow is defined for that request, and a notification is sent to the following organization in the list. Workflows are visible by opening the side panel of a mutation request.
At each step of the workflow, the blue bar indicates the status of the mutation process, and a timestamp is added when the step is completed.
