Remove a function

Suppose a player wants to cancel his registration and change clubs before activities start. In that case, you must remove the membership type to allow the member to register with another club.

IMPORTANT: You must CANCEL REGISTRATION and REFUND THE TRANSACTION before removing the player's function. If a balance remains due to payments, you must CANCEL INSTALLMENTS and CREDIT THE INVOICE.

There are two ways to remove a function from a member:

Method 1

  • Go to the Member menu and search for your member. Click on the member to access his profile.

  • At the top of the member's profile, under Member types, move your mouse under the member type you wish to remove (do not click on the member type).

  • A red trash can will appear on the right; click on it.

  • The system will notify you that the membership fee will be canceled if the member type is removed and that if the member reregisters with the same member type, the member will be charged the membership fee again. Then click Submit.

  • A message will appear informing you that the member type has been updated.

Note: A notification will be sent to your ARS so they can approve removing the member type.

Once approval is complete, the system will remove the player function, allowing the player to register or transfer to another club.

Method 2

Go to the Member menu and search for your member. Click on his profile

Click the Action button in the member's profile and select Manage Member Types.

A new window will be displayed. To remove the member type, click on the red X.

The system will notify you that the membership fee will be canceled if the member type is removed and that if the member reregisters with the same member type, the member will be charged the membership fee again. Then click Submit.

Note: A notification will be sent to your ARS and Soccer Québec so they can approve removing the member type.

Once approval is complete, the system will remove the player function, allowing the player to register or transfer to another club.
