2nd Club Members
This function can be used for a Senior player of 19 years and older or a coach with the same function in a second club.
Â
Â
2nd Club Function Process
The member must first register with their organization. They must then ask the 2nd organization to initiate the application.
The registrar of the 2nd organization must search for the player in the Members menu. To search, select Include members of all organizations and search for the member by entering the first and last name or passport number.
Â
Click on the desired member to access their profile, click the Action button and select the 2nd Club option.
Â
In the window that appears, enter a note for the 2nd club request (optional).
Click on Submit.
Â
The system will validate that the member is registered as a Senior player or coach in a 1st club and that there are no other pending applications.
Â
Precision - Senior Player
For a Senior player, the first Club will approve the approval, and an expiration date will be added to delete the share at the end of the season.
Â
Precision - Coach
For a coach, approval will be as follows:
First Club
ARS
Soccer Quebec
If approved, the member's profile will be shared automatically until the end of the membership season. The profile will be available to both organizations.
At the end of the affiliation season, this split will be removed, and both organizations will have to start the process again next season.
Â

Â
2nd club request error message
According to Soccer Québec rules, all Senior players registered in the Spordle ID platform must pay affiliation fees. (Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec, ARS, Club)
If an organization does not charge affiliation fees, an error message may be displayed when requesting a 2nd club. The member must be affiliated to request a share.
Here are the steps to register a player in a 2nd club.
Two options are available for the member's 1st club:
Â
Option 1
Go to Catalog and Registration Fees

The registration fee will thus be $0.00

Click on the Transactions tab
Click on + Add credit
Â
Select Initial credit
Enter the amount of the affiliation fee
Click on Add
Â
Â
Go to the Inscriptions tab
Click on + Add
Â
Â
Select member type Player
Select the fee you have just created, which represents the amount of the affiliation fee.
Click on Next
Â
Â
Select the cheque payment method and click Next
Click Confirm to confirm registration
Â
Â
Â
Return to the Transactions tab to apply your credit to the registration amount
Click on the transaction line (the one with the blue invoice number)
Click on the Action button in the side panel and select Apply payment
Â
Â
Select payment method Member Credit
The credit box will appear, and select the credit amount
Click on Confirm
Â
Â
Option 2
It is possible to renew all Senior players in batches. To do this, consult the Renew in batches documentation.
IMPORTANT: When renewing in batches, please note that the system will generate an invoice for the membership fee.
Â
Note: Once the 1st club has completed one of the two options, the 2nd organization can proceed with the 2nd club's request.
