Clinic Content

A new feature requires members to pay the full clinic fee in full in order to get access to external content. The goal is to make sure that the clinic host has received the full amount before they can access the external content ( Moodle )Users must ensure the clinic fee is paid before accessing resources like Moodle.

If the clinic is set to accept payment method accepts payment methods other than credit cardcards, the clinic host will need to mark the payment as hosts must confirm that the payment has been fully received before the user users can access the clinic's content of the clinic.

Enhanced Clinic Date Management

We are adding a feature to store the start date end the end date of a clinic that have external content ( Moodle ). In the past, the system was using the attended date to save the date that the member start the clinic. From now on, the system will now save the start date ( new feature that improves how we handle clinic dates. When clinics involve external content such as Moodle, we'll store both start and end dates.

Previously, the system only used the attended date to track when a member started the clinic. However, moving forward, we'll capture the first click on external content ) and as the end start date ( and when the qualification is added to the profile ) in new as the end date, storing them in dedicated fields. This will allow to monitor the attendance in a case where you have external content and onsite clinics and also create some

This enhancement serves multiple purposes. It allows for better attendance monitoring, particularly in scenarios where clinics combine external content with on-site sessions. Additionally, it enables us to generate valuable statistics on the time required to complete a each content module.

Those These dates are now available also conveniently accessible in the clinic attendee report, providing administrators with comprehensive insights into clinic participation and completion timelines.

My Account - Delete

Credit Card

We've added functionality allowing parents to delete a card in his My Account. It will now be possible to go as a parent in My Account and credit card from their Spordle account. Parents can now go to My Account Spordle, select a card in the their profile, and delete it.

To access this functionality, navigate to My Account Spordle, select the payment menu, select the desired card . This will be possible only from your profile, and delete it. It's important to note that this action is only possible if the card is not used scheduled for any of the upcoming installmentinstallments.

The process to change Improvements have also been made to changing a card for future installment has also been improved so it’s easier for the parent.

Registration fee update

In this update, we are changing the way we allow a user to update the registration fee. The reason behind that change is the fact that there is a lot of rules and validations in the registration fee details that are hard to manage inside a side panel.

You will now see that when you click on edit installments, making it even more user-friendly for parents.

These enhancements apply equally to both Sportspay and Paysafe.

Enhancements to Registration Fee Management

An update on how users can modify registration fees in the platform has been made. This change comes in response to the complexity of the rules and validations associated with registration fee details, which were difficult to manage in a side panel.

When you click on Edit next to a field (the small little blue pencil), the system will now open displays a form instead of allowing the inline edit online modification of that field. The form that his open displayed is the same as the creation of a registration fee and for creating registration fees, and it will scroll to the field you want to editmodify.

You also 'll have access to the edit Editbutton and an edit choice editing options in the menu at the top of the form also that will do the same, offering multiple modification possibilities.

Improve the picture management in Play (Soccer Québec only)

We are releasing an An update that will be released to improve the use of the member members'rs' photos in Spordle Play. In the pastPreviously, the photo was not cropped as in Spordle ID and it was display in full in but displayed completely in Play.

Some of the pictures were pretty big and was photos were too large, slowing down the display speed in Play. Now we We have optimised now optimized and created thumbnails that are cropped as in Spordle ID and display now displayed in Spordle Play.

This should ease will facilitate the member validation process of validating the members in Spordle Play.
