Access to clinic content

We are releasing a new feature this week that will force the member to pay the clinic fee in full in order to get access to external content. The goal is to make sure that the clinic host has received the full amount before they can access the external content ( Moodle ).

If the clinic is set to accept payment method other than credit card, the clinic host will need to mark the payment as fully received before the user can access the content of the clinic.

Saving the start and end date of a clinic

We are adding a feature to store the start date end the end date of a clinic that have external content ( Moodle ). In the past, the system was using the attended date to save the date that the member start the clinic. From now on, the system will now save the start date ( first click on external content) and the end date ( when the qualification is added to the profile) in new fields. This will allow to monitor the attendance in a case where you have external content and onsite clinics and also create some statistics on the time required to complete a content.

Those dates are now available also in the clinic attendee report.

My Account - Delete credit card

We are now releasing the feature that will allow a parent to delete a card in his My Account. It will now be possible to go as a parent in My Account and select a card in the profile and delete the card. This will be possible only if the card is not used for any of the upcoming installment.

The process to change a card for future installment has also been improved so it’s easier for the parent.

Registration fee update

In this update, we are changing the way we allow a user to update the registration fee. The reason behind that change is the fact that there is a lot of rules and validations in the registration fee details that are hard to manage inside a side panel.

You will now see that when you click on edit next to a field ( the small blue pencil), the system will now open a form instead of allowing the inline edit of that field. The form that his open is the same as the creation of a registration fee and will scroll to the field you want to edit.

You also have access to the edit button and an edit choice in the menu at the top of the form also that will do the same.

This allow us to better control the validation and the error message on those pages that have a lot of business logic.

Improve the picture management in Play (Soccer Québec only)

We are releasing an update that will improve the use of the member photos in Spordle Play. In the past, the photo was not cropped as in Spordle ID and it was display in full in Play. Some of the pictures were pretty big and was slowing down the speed in Play. Now we have optimised and created thumbnails that are cropped as in Spordle ID and display now in Spordle Play. This should ease the process of validating the members in Spordle Play.
