Search for an incident report
Different filters allow you to search for a specific incident report.
Season: enter the season in which the indicator occurred.
Penalty Type: select the type of penalty you are looking for from the drop-down menu.
Penalty: select the desired penalty from the drop-down menu.
Start and end dates: Enter the date ranges of the incident you seek.

To add an incident report, click on the Tasks menu and select Game Incident reportReport.

Game Info
Indicate game informationGive details of the game in which the incident took place.
The * indicates a mandatory field.
* Division: select the division from the drop-down menu.
Class: select the class from the drop-down menu.
* Category: select the category from the drop-down menu.

Date: Enter the date of the incident.
League: indicate the name of the league.
Location: enter the location where the incident took place.
Game number: enter the game number.
Note: If necessary, add a note unrelated to the incident description.

Add incident information.

Add another incident: enter the seconds of the game where the incident occurred.
