Administrative suspensions can be added at three levels.

Fill in the required fields:
The * sign indicates that this is a mandatory field.
Existing Infraction will be checked by default; keep this selection.
*Infraction: By default, the administrative suspension will be selected.
*Member Type: Select the type of member you add the suspension to.
The member types listed in the drop-down list will be the members. If this member has multiple roles, select the role for which the administrative suspension is being issued

Fine: Enter the amount of the fine, if any (amount charged to the member)
Fee: Enter the amount of the fee, if applicable (fee for managing this suspension)
*Type of suspension: Indicate the type of suspension
Definite: You must add an end date
Indefinite: You must enter the start date, but the end date is optional
*Start date: Enter the start date
*End date: Enter the end date (mandatory for a defined suspension)
Notes: If desired, add a note.
Reminder date: Allows you to add a reminder date. A notification will then be sent to the person who created the suspension.
