Note: Claim requests are only available if they have been activated by your league or officeorganization. If you are unable to add a claim request, please contact your assignor. |
If your office organization allows officials to file claims for travel expenses or per diems, you can make your claim directly in the game for which you are claiming expenses.
There are two ways to make a claim.

Method 1
Select the Schedule tab in your PLAY profile and click on the games for which you wish to submit a claim.

Select the Officials tab, scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Claims box, and click on it.
Click on + Add Claim.
Complete the required fields

Claim type :
Driver → you must indicate the number of kilometers and the system will calculate the total or you can add an adress.

When finished, click Save.

Select the Availability Officiating tab in your PLAY profile and click on the match for which you wish to submit fees.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Claims box.

To add a document
As a referee, you can now upload files (images and PDF documents) to your claim request. You must initially make a claim and then re-open it to add a document.
Automatic distance calculation for claims

It is possible for an official to automatically claim transportation costs using his address. The procedure will directly calculate the distance between the selected address and the property. If no address is selected, you can always enter the distance manually. Simply go to Claim, select your address, and that's it! |
